Job summary

Placements24 is seeking a meticulous Warehouse Receiving & Dispatch Coordinator for our Upington, Northern Cape facility. You will manage inbound and outbound movements, verify quantities, and maintain accurate inventory using a WMS.

This role requires strong organization, attention to detail, and the ability to coordinate with transport partners for on-time deliveries. Join a dynamic logistics team in a role that supports safe operations, accurate paperwork, and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; logistics qualification is a plus.
• 2–3 years in warehouse receiving, dispatch or similar logistics role.
• Experience with warehouse management systems (WMS) and inventory control.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily receiving and dispatch operations at docks.
• Record incoming inventory, verify quantities and quality against PO.
• Inspect goods for damage or discrepancies and report issues.
• Organize outgoing shipments with accurate order picking and packing.
• Coordinate with transport providers for inbound/outbound schedules.
• Maintain inventory records using the WMS.
• Ensure warehouse activities meet health and safety regulations.
• Prepare and reconcile shipping documents and related paperwork.
• Communicate with internal teams, drivers, and carriers to ensure smooth operations.
