Halewood South Africa in Benoni, Gauteng, is seeking an Operations Administrator for Production, Warehouse & Distribution. You will ensure all warehouse and distribution transactions are captured accurately and on time in SYSPRO and TransLution, building reliable stock and dispatch data from order to dispatch.

Competenze

• Diploma or certificate in Logistics, Supply Chain or Business Administration (advantage).
• 2-3 years' warehouse, stock or distribution administration experience, preferably in FMCG or manufacturing.
• SYSPRO (essential) and TransLution (strong advantage).
• Understanding of stock control, FIFO/FEFO, batch traceability and dispatch documentation.
• High attention to detail and accuracy.
• Works well under pressure to dispatch cut-offs.
• Reliable and process-disciplined.

Mansioni

• Capture goods receipts, transfers, issues, dispatches and returns accurately in SYSPRO and TransLution, in real time.
• Prepare and check dispatch documentation: picking slips, delivery notes, invoices, load sheets and waybills.
• Book and confirm loads with carriers; track deliveries and record proof of delivery (POD).
• Reconcile physical movements to system transactions daily; flag and resolve variances with the warehouse managers.
• Process customer returns, claims, damages and credit notes in line with procedure.
• Keep batch/lot traceability records complete for QC and audit purposes.
• Produce daily dispatch, backorder and exception reports for the morning huddle.
• Help standardise admin SOPs and checklists for each transaction type.
• Help improve scanning compliance and master-data accuracy (units of measure, bins, customers).
• Help build Power BI / Excel dashboards for OTIF, POD turnaround and transaction accuracy.
• Identify recurring errors and suggest fixes to remove rework.
