Job summary

On Line Personnel in Boksburg is seeking a Warehouse Administrator to handle production administration, stock control and data entry, ensuring accurate picking lists and timely WIP monitoring.

The role requires 5+ years of general warehouse experience, 3 years in receiving, and Syspro or a similar ERP experience; a related tertiary qualification is advantageous.

You will liaise with suppliers, manage stock counts, and uphold health and safety and company procedures.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years’ general warehouse experience.
• Minimum of 3 years’ receiving experience.
• Experience using Syspro or a similar ERP system will be advantageous.
• Any relevant tertiary qualification will be an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Production administration: Issue production raw materials, print picking lists, open job cards and monitor work-in-progress (WIP)
• Syspro and inventory systems: Update bin locations, generate stocktakes and maintain accurate inventory records
• Stock control: Book in stock, request stock adjustments, process non-stock orders and credit notes, allocate consignment stock and monitor goods in transit (GIT)
• Supplier coordination: Investigate stock receipt discrepancies, resolve supplier-related issues and communicate exceptions to the Supply team
• Cycle counts and stocktakes: Prepare count sheets, capture stock counts and investigate variances
• Finance and administration: Process casual payments, manage branch petty cash, allocate freight, process manual orders and create CAPEX requests for asset purchases
• Asset management: Assist with loss prevention and effective asset control
• General administration: Complete ad hoc duties and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
• Housekeeping: Maintain a clean, organised and safe working environment
