Halewood South Africa in Benoni is hiring an Operations Administrator for Production, Warehouse & Distribution. You will ensure production output, material usage, labour and loss data are captured accurately and on time in SYSPRO and the production reports.

You will reconcile material usage, compile shift reports covering OEE and downtime, maintain attendance records, and support Shift Supervisors with handover packs and huddle information. Proficiency in Excel/Power BI dashboards is a plus.

Competenze

• 1–2 years' administration experience, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
• Understanding of bills of materials, job costing and production reporting (advantage).
• Accurate and detail-focused; organised and meets deadlines.

Mansioni

• Capture production jobs, finished-goods receipts, material issues and returns in SYSPRO accurately every shift.
• Reconcile material usage to output and flag variances.
• Compile shift reports covering output, schedule attainment, OEE, downtime by loss code, waste and yield.
• Maintain attendance, overtime and labour-hour records for payroll and productivity reporting.
• Keep production records and batch documentation complete for QC and audits.
• Support Shift Supervisors with handover packs and daily huddle information.
• Help develop digital production visibility, such as Excel / Power BI dashboards for OEE and losses.
• Improve data accuracy and timeliness of downtime loss coding.
• Help standardise production admin procedures between Shift A and Shift B.

Make sure production output, material usage, labour and loss data for the shift are captured accurately and on time in SYSPRO and the production reports, giving Packaging a single trusted source of performance data.

• Capture production jobs, finished-goods receipts, material issues and returns in SYSPRO accurately every shift.
• Reconcile material usage (bottles, closures, labels, sleeves, cartons) to output and flag variances.
• Compile shift reports covering output, schedule attainment, OEE, downtime by loss code, waste and yield.
• Maintain attendance, overtime and labour-hour records for payroll and productivity reporting.
• Keep production records and batch documentation complete for QC and audits.
• Support Shift Supervisors with handover packs and daily huddle information.
• Help develop digital production visibility, such as Excel / Power BI dashboards for OEE and losses.

Qualifications & experience

• Certificate or diploma in Business Administration, Production Management or similar (advantage).
