Placements24 is seeking a Warehouse Dispatch Clerk for their East London operation. You will handle shipping docs, coordinate with transport providers, verify orders, and maintain accurate records.

The role blends on-site operational tasks with remote administrative duties to support timely dispatch. Ideal candidates bring 1–2 years in dispatch/warehouse roles, basic logistics knowledge, and strong MS Office skills.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; logistics/admin qualification preferred.
• 1–2 years in dispatch, admin or warehouse roles.
• Basic understanding of warehouse operations and shipping procedures.
• Proficiency with MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills; ability to work under pressure.
• Willingness to learn; able to work independently and in a team.
• On-site in East London for operational tasks; remote admin allowed.

Responsabilités

• Prepare and process documentation for outgoing shipments (packing lists, waybills, invoices).
• Coordinate with transport companies for pickups and deliveries.
• Verify outgoing orders against dispatch orders for accuracy.
• Record shipment details, tracking, and delivery confirmations.
• Communicate dispatch status with warehouse staff, transport, and customer service.
• Maintain filing systems for dispatch documents.
• Assist with inventory checks and stock reconciliation as needed.
• Ensure compliance with dispatch procedures and safety rules.
• Resolve dispatch-related issues promptly; support timely order fulfillment.
