Roles and Responsibilities
Warehouse & Stock Administration
Maintain accurate inventory records and oversee stock management processes.
Monitor stock movement, reconciliation, and reporting to ensure inventory accuracy.
Assist with warehouse administration and audit requirements.
Support operational compliance and record-keeping procedures.
Import & Export Coordination
Prepare, process, and manage import and export documentation.
Liaise with customs officials, freight forwarders, suppliers, and clients regarding shipments.
Ensure all documentation complies with local and international trade regulations.
Monitor shipment timelines and proactively resolve logistical challenges.
Financial Administration
Manage debtor and creditor administration processes.
Perform online banking transactions and assist with payment reconciliations.
Maintain accurate financial records and supporting documentation.
Support month-end administrative requirements.
Stakeholder Liaison & Administration
Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, suppliers, and service providers.
Coordinate communication between inter-company departments and stakeholders.
Provide administrative and personal assistant support to the Director and Sales Team.
Prepare reports, presentations, correspondence, and other administrative documentation.
Travel & Representation
Represent the company professionally at events, exhibitions, and industry functions when required.
Conduct administrative audits at various regional locations.
Travel nationally and internationally to support business operations and administrative compliance where necessary.
