Job summary

Staffworx Recruitment is seeking a Warehouse Manager in Pretoria West to lead daily warehouse operations, improve productivity, and ensure safe, accurate delivery of goods. The role reports to the Branch Manager and commands a team of 13 staff, with a focus on stock control, dispatch, and process improvements.

The ideal candidate has at least 3 years in warehouse ops, proficiency in Microsoft Office, and familiarity with Pastel.

Qualifications

• Grade 12 (Matric)
• Relevant tertiary qualification (advantageous)
• Minimum 3 years experience in warehouse operations
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
• Experience with Pastel (advantageous)

Responsibilities

• Oversee and report on warehouse productivity
• Coordinate receipt, storage, and dispatch of goods
• Verify orders, inventory, and deliveries for accuracy
• Supervise a team of warehouse personnel (13)
