Qualifications

• Proven experience as a VoIP Administrator or similar role focused on voice communications.
• In-depth knowledge of SIP, H.323, and RTP.

• Understanding of TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP as related to VoIP.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving; ability to work independently.
