Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in IT, CS or related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• Minimum of 6 years of telecommunications network administration experience.
• In-depth knowledge of VoIP technologies, SIP/H.323, and PBX systems.
• Strong TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, LAN/WAN technologies, and security fundamentals.

Responsibilities

• Administer, monitor, and maintain voice and data network infra, incl. PBX, VoIP, routers, switches.
• Perform system updates, patch management, and security configuration.
• Troubleshoot connectivity and performance issues to minimize downtime.
• Develop and implement network policies, procedures, and best practices.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• Minimum of 6 years of experience in telecommunications network administration .
• In-depth knowledge of VoIP technologies , protocols (SIP, H.323), and PBX systems.
• Strong understanding of TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, LAN/WAN technologies, and network security principles.
• Experience with network monitoring tools and performance analysis techniques.
• Excellent troubleshooting skills and the ability to work independently and collaboratively in a remote setting.
