Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years designing, implementing, and supporting VoIP solutions.
• Knowledge of SIP, H.323, RTP; PBX systems (Asterisk, Cisco, 3CX).
• Experience with Session Border Controllers (SBCs) and network security for VoIP.
• Strong networking fundamentals: TCP/IP, VLANs, QoS, firewall traversal.
• Certifications (e.g., CCVP/CCM, CompTIA Network+) are advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Design and architect robust and scalable VoIP solutions tailored to client requirements, including PBX systems, call managers, and SBCs.
• Configure, deploy, and manage VoIP hardware and software, ensuring optimal performance and integration with existing IT infrastructure.
