About the Role

You will be responsible for system configuration, troubleshooting, performance tuning, and implementing upgrades to keep our communication infrastructure state-of-the-art. The ideal candidate has a strong technical background in telecommunications systems and a commitment to providing reliable communication solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Administer, configure, and maintain enterprise PBX systems, VoIP platforms, and related telecommunications hardware and software.
• Monitor system performance, identify potential issues, and implement solutions to ensure optimal uptime and quality of service.
• Provide technical support and troubleshooting for end-users experiencing issues with telecommunication services.
• Manage user accounts, voicemail, call routing, and other system configurations.
• Plan and execute system upgrades, patches, and enhancements to improve functionality and security.
• Develop and maintain system documentation, procedures, and disaster recovery plans.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Telecommunications Systems Administrator or similar role.
• In-depth knowledge of VoIP technologies, SIP, PBX systems (e.g., Cisco CallManager, Avaya), and Unified Communications platforms.
