You will lead migrations, monitor performance, and reinforce security while collaborating with network and systems teams with SIP, H.323, RTP/RTCP, PBX systems, and unified communications

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Telecommunications, Computer Engineering, or a related field.
• Advanced certifications (e.g., Cisco CCNP Voice, VCP-NV) are highly valued.
• Minimum of 6 years of experience focused specifically on VoIP engineering and implementation.
• In-depth knowledge of VoIP protocols such as SIP, H.323, RTP, and RTCP.
• Experience with PBX systems, call managers, and unified communications platforms.
• Strong understanding of IP networking, QoS, and network security principles as they relate to VoIP.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with a proactive approach to identifying and resolving issues.
