Placements24 is seeking a strategic Recreation Program Director to lead the development and management of innovative recreation initiatives. This fully remote role focuses on expanding access to diverse activities, engaging communities, and ensuring program quality across remote teams.

You will design program frameworks, oversee budgeting and evaluation, recruit and manage staff and volunteers, and build partnerships with schools, community organizations and local government to deliver impactful

Qualifications

• Master's degree in a related field is required.
• 7+ years in recreation program development and management.
• Proven leadership, strategic planning, and budgeting capabilities.
• Experience managing remote teams; grant writing is advantageous.

Responsabilités

• Develop and implement strategic plans for a wide range of recreation programs across different demographics.
• Oversee operations, budgeting, and evaluation of all recreation initiatives.
