Placements24 is seeking a strategic Recreation Program Director to lead the development and management of innovative recreation initiatives. This fully remote role focuses on expanding access to diverse activities, engaging communities, and ensuring program quality across remote teams.

You will design program frameworks, oversee budgeting and evaluation, recruit and manage staff and volunteers, and build partnerships with schools, community organizations and local government to deliver impactful

Qualifications

• Master's degree in a related field is required.
