Qualifications

• Extensive experience in program management, leadership, and strategic planning in non-profit or social sector.
• Proven track record designing, implementing, and scaling impactful social programs.
• Strong financial acumen with experience managing significant budgets.
• Excellent leadership, communication and stakeholder management.
• Ability to lead and motivate a distributed remote team.
• Master's degree in Public Policy, International Development, Non-profit Management, or related field.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement strategic plans for new and existing social impact programs.
• Oversee the management and execution of all program activities, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
• Lead, mentor, and manage a team of program managers and staff, fostering a high-performance culture.
• Establish and monitor KPIs to measure program effectiveness and impact.
• Cultivate and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, partners, and funders.
• Prepare and manage program budgets, ensuring efficient allocation of resources.
