Placements24 is seeking a visionary Remote Youth Sports Program Director to design and execute innovative sports curricula for young athletes nationwide. This fully remote role focuses on curriculum design, coach training, and strategic program growth across multiple disciplines.

You will recruit and mentor coaches, build partnerships with schools and community groups, and manage budgets and operations while safeguarding participant well-being.

Qualifications

• Significant experience in youth sports coaching or program management.
• Strong knowledge of child development and coaching methods.
• Ability to lead remote teams and volunteers effectively.

Responsibilities
