Qualifications

• Proven experience in producing virtual events, webinars, or online conferences.
• Proficiency with multiple virtual event platforms (e.g., Zoom Events, Hopin, Cvent, Bizzabo).
• Strong understanding of A/V technology, streaming protocols, and digital production workflows.
• Excellent project management, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a remote environment, managing multiple projects.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all aspects of virtual event production from concept to post-event analysis.
• Manage event logistics including speaker coordination, content integration, and attendee engagement strategies.
• Liaise with internal teams and external vendors to ensure a cohesive, high-quality event experience.
