About the Role

Our client is seeking an accomplished and client-focused Virtual Catering Account Manager to spearhead their remote client relations and service delivery efforts, supporting clients across the Port Elizabeth region. This role is central to maintaining and growing client satisfaction by ensuring that our virtual catering solutions consistently exceed expectations. You will manage key client accounts, understand their evolving needs, and act as the primary liaison between clients and our operational teams. This position requires a strategic thinker with exceptional communication skills, adept at building strong, lasting relationships in a remote environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and nurture a portfolio of key client accounts, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and retention.

Requirements

• Proven experience in Account Management , Sales, or a client-facing role, preferably within the hospitality or service industry.
• Demonstrated success in building and maintaining strong client relationships.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills, with the ability to adapt to a virtual setting .
• Strong understanding of the catering or food service industry is a plus.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote work environment.
• Proficiency in CRM software and other client management tools.
