The role emphasizes empathetic communication, remote collaboration with the care team, and creating supportive online groups, with opportunities for ongoing training and professional development.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in social work, psychology, counseling, gerontology, or related field.
• Minimum of 3 years in a support role, preferably with caregivers or elderly.
• Excellent listening, empathy and communication skills.
• Proven ability to provide remote support and build rapport virtually.
• Familiarity with Zoom/Teams and CRM systems.

Responsibilities

• Provide remote emotional and practical support to caregivers via phone, video calls, and email.
• Offer information and resources on managing chronic conditions, disabilities, and eldercare.
• Assist caregivers in navigating healthcare systems and accessing community support services.
• Develop and facilitate online support groups for caregivers.
• Educate caregivers on self‑care strategies and stress management techniques.
• Maintain accurate and confidential client records using secure online platforms.
• Collaborate with the wider support team to ensure comprehensive client care.
• Identify trends and feedback from caregivers to inform program development.
• Conduct outreach to potential clients and referral sources.
