Qualifications

• Proven experience managing commercial KPIs and performance targets.

• Develop VIP strategy and programme development.
• Lead by example and manage team performance.
• Manage VIP relationships, retention, reactivation and revenue growth.
• Design VIP promotions and bonus strategy.
• Analyze data and provide commercial insights.
