The Recruiter is seeking an RAIV Account Manager in South Africa to manage VIP client relationships from onboarding to reporting. You will be the primary liaison between clients and the delivery team, delivering high-touch concierge service across channels.

You will lead onboarding calls, maintain clear communication, produce progress reports, and ensure deliverables align with client goals while safeguarding sensitive information with discretion.

Formación

• 2+ years in account management or related client-facing roles.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication with ability to lead client conversations.
• Strong understanding of Reddit, online communities, and how online visibility influences reputation.
• Working knowledge of AI search and discovery platforms (e.g., ChatGPT, Gemini, Perplexity, Google AI Overview).
• Ability to explain technical concepts and online reputation strategies in client-friendly language.
• Outstanding organizational and project management skills.

Responsabilidades

• Lead onboarding for all new RAIV clients, including kickoff calls and expectation setting.
• Serve as the primary point of contact throughout the client lifecycle, building trusted relationships.
• Act as the bridge between clients and the RAIV delivery team, ensuring alignment on goals and deliverables.
• Deliver a high-touch, white-glove client experience across various communication channels.
• Present deliverables to clients, explaining strategy, objectives, and expected outcomes in clear language.
• Produce regular client reports highlighting progress, results, and next steps.
• Manage content approvals and client sign-offs to keep projects on schedule.
• Maintain accurate records within CRM and client communication systems.
