Job summary

VirtuHire is seeking a client-facing delivery professional in South Africa working remotely to support active campaigns and client success. You will own communications, coordinate with internal teams, and ensure timely deliverables across multiple accounts, with a focus on clear reporting and proactive issue triage.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in digital media, advertising, agency account management, client success, or a closely related environment.
• Ideally 4–6+ years of experience for independent client ownership.
• Exceptional written and spoken English.
• Proven ability to lead agency or brand calls independently and professionally.
• Strong project management, organisation, and follow-through skills.
• Ability to manage multiple accounts, priorities, and recurring deadlines.
• Good understanding of digital/programmatic media and campaign concepts.
• Strong judgment on when to resolve an issue independently vs escalate.

Responsibilities

• Own routine client and agency communication relating to active campaigns, reporting, launches, and delivery questions.
• Manage account calendars, reporting schedules, status calls, open items, and internal follow-through.
• Triage client questions and coordinate with Programmatic Operations, Data, and Dashboard teams where technical input is required.
• Translate technical campaign and data explanations into clear, concise, client-ready communication.
• Coordinate creative assets, tags, geographic requirements, timelines, and other launch dependencies.
• Walk clients through reporting and dashboard outputs and identify potential issues.
• Escalate delivery, relationship, and scope risks proactively.
• Maintain accurate account documentation and ensure commitments are recorded and followed through.
