Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Real Estate, Economics or related field.
• 3–5 years in real estate acquisitions or corporate real estate.
• Proven track record of acquiring real estate assets.
• Strong financial modeling and valuation skills.
• Excellent negotiation and presentation abilities.

Responsibilities

• Identify and source acquisition opportunities (land, buildings, residential, etc.).
• Conduct market research to assess values, trends, and investment potential.
• Perform due diligence: financial analysis, site inspections, title review.
• Develop financial models and investment projections.
• Negotiate terms and agreements with owners and reps.
• Prepare investment memorandums for senior management.
• Build relationships with owners, brokers, developers, industry contacts.
• Manage closing process for acquisitions.
• Stay updated on economic conditions, zoning and market dynamics.
• Collaborate with legal, finance and development teams.
