You will source off-market deals, conduct due diligence, and craft competitive offers to grow the portfolio.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years in real estate acquisitions, deep knowledge of the Polokwane and Limpopo markets, strong financial modelling, and excellent negotiation and communication skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Real Estate, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in real estate acquisitions, brokerage, or investment analysis.
• Strong financial modeling, valuation, and analytical skills.
• Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal abilities.

Responsibilities

• Identify and source acquisition opportunities through brokers, direct outreach, and market analysis.
• Conduct thorough due diligence on financial, legal, zoning, and physical aspects.
• Develop financial models and investment proposals for targets.
• Negotiate purchase agreements and terms to secure favorable structures.
• Collaborate with legal, finance, and development teams throughout the process.
• Assist in closing and transition of properties to management.
