Job summary

Placements24 is seeking an Automotive Service Advisor in Cape Town to be the primary contact for customers, coordinate service appointments, and translate technical information into customer-friendly terms.

You will ensure a seamless customer experience from check-in to vehicle pick-up, leveraging strong communication, product knowledge, and multitasking in a fast-paced dealership environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in a customer service role, preferably in automotive or related industry.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and active listening skills.
• Strong understanding of automotive terminology and basic vehicle maintenance.
• Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a busy environment.
• Proficiency in using dealership management software and basic computer applications.
• A valid driver\'s license and a clean driving record.
