Qualifications

• 2–3 years of experience in automotive service environment.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to interpret technical reports from technicians.
• Good time management and organizational skills.
• Basic knowledge of heavy vehicle systems including diesel engines and electrical systems.

Responsibilities
