Job summary

University of Fort Hare's Stellenbosch service team is seeking a Service Advisor to provide professional customer service throughout the vehicle servicing process, coordinating bookings, repairs, quotations and communication between customers and the workshop.

The role requires at least 2 years in a service or sales-oriented position, dealership experience is advantageous, and bilingual English-Afrikaans is a plus. A valid driver's license and Microsoft Office proficiency are essential.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years' experience in a service or sales-oriented position.
• Dealership experience - advantageous.
• Automotive technical knowledge/qualification - advantageous.
• Bilingual in English and Afrikaans - advantageous.
• Computer literate, including Microsoft Office.
• Valid driver's licence and own transport - essential.
