Qualifications

Matric required; 2+ years supervising floors in high-volume hospitality.
Experience with busy cafe rhythms and specialty coffee culture.
Hands-on POS and card machine operation with cash handling and till balancing.
Strong customer-facing communication and team leadership under peak times.

Responsibilities

Oversee daily front-of-house operations to ensure friendly, efficient guest service.
Run daily team briefings to share targets and focus areas.
Greet guests and seat tables quickly during peak hours.
Monitor orders and coordinate with kitchen to prevent delays.
Resolve customer questions and complaints on the floor with confidence and care.
Manage floor stock including packaging, condiments, and retail beans.
Complete end-of-day shift sign-offs, till balances, and cash-ups.
