The Recruitment Pig is seeking a proactive Coffee Shop Manager for our upmarket Stellenbosch café. You will oversee daily floor operations, lead a dynamic service team, and ensure smooth, friendly, and fast table service.

With hands‑on support from management, you will train staff, optimize seating, manage POS transactions, and balance cash at shift end. The role suits someone with at least 2 years of supervisory experience in busy cafés and a passion for first‑class guest experiences.

Qualifications

• Matric/Grade 12 required.
• Minimum 2 years front‑of‑house supervisory experience in busy cafes or restaurants.
• Strong knowledge of coffee shop service and fast‑paced casual dining.
• Experience with modern restaurant POS touch‑screen systems.
• Ability to count cash floats and balance daily cash drawers.
• Clear, polite communication and confident floor presence.
• Positive attitude and strong team‑player energy.
