Qualifications

• Proven experience in FMCG sales or account management.
• Track record of meeting/exceeding sales targets in a competitive market.
• Strong knowledge of sales principles and customer relationship management.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute regional sales plans to hit targets in Upington and Northern Cape.
• Identify and prospect new retail accounts; manage full sales cycle from negotiation to closure.
• Promote product range and ensure optimal placement and visibility in stores.
• Conduct market analysis on pricing and trends; monitor competitor activity.
• Negotiate contracts and terms with retail partners to secure deals.
• Provide excellent service, handle inquiries, and resolve issues quickly.
