Placements24 is seeking a Regional Sales Executive for the Upington, Northern Cape region. This field-based role involves regular travel to service existing accounts and secure new business opportunities, driving sales volume and market share in a competitive FMCG landscape.

The ideal candidate has a strong track record in FMCG sales, excellent negotiation and interpersonal skills, and the ability to meet targets while delivering outstanding customer service.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in Sales, Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
• Minimum of 3 years sales experience, preferably FMCG.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Strong understanding of sales principles and techniques.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to build rapport and maintain client relationships.
• Willingness to travel extensively within the region.
• Self-motivated and organized with a proactive sales approach.

Aufgaben

• Manage and grow a portfolio of existing client accounts within the territory.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand market share and revenue.
• Develop and maintain relationships with retailers, wholesalers, and distributors.
• Implement sales strategies and promotional plans to drive product sales and visibility.
• Achieve and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
• Conduct regular product demonstrations and presentations to clients.
• Monitor competitor activities and regional market trends.
• Provide excellent customer service and address inquiries promptly.
• Process orders accurately and ensure timely delivery.
• Submit regular sales reports, forecasts, and market feedback to sales management.
