Qualifications

• Grade 12/NQF4 required; NQF5 preferred in banking or related field.
• 1–3 years in customer-facing environments within financial services.
• Strong FAIS and TCF understanding.
• Not an unrehabilitated insolvent.
• Ability to work in a high-volume branch and adapt to changing needs.

Responsibilities

• Engage customers in a positive and professional manner and promote banking solutions.
• Educate customers on digital and self-service platforms to migrate to e-channels.
• Meet sales, service, and customer experience targets.
• Manage leads, referrals, and follow-ups within agreed turnaround times.
• Maintain accurate customer records and ensure compliance with FAIS, FICA, TCF and internal governance.
