Job summary

FNB is seeking a Universal Advisor to deliver compliant sales and service solutions in a high-volume branch environment in Johannesburg. You will engage walk-in customers, identify needs, and provide appropriate banking solutions while guiding them to e-Channels and self-service platforms.

The role requires a Grade 12/NQF4, with 1–3 years in financial services, and a preference for an NQF5 certificate. You will promote digital adoption and maintain high service standards.
