Job summary

FNB is seeking a Universal Advisor to deliver compliant sales and service solutions to walk-in and existing customers within a high-volume branch environment. You will promote digital channels and self-service tools while maintaining ethical sales practices.

The role requires strong customer focus, excellent communication, and the ability to adapt to a fast-paced banking environment. Training and development support are provided as part of a dynamic POP team.

Qualifications

• Minimum Grade 12 / NQF Level 4 certification.
• 1–3 years in customer-facing environments.
• Understanding FAIS, TCF principles and regulatory compliance.

Responsibilities

• Engage customers in a positive and professional manner, aligning with brand promise.
• Identify customer needs to sell and cross-sell banking solutions.
• Educate customers on banking platforms and migrate to digital self-service channels.
• Fulfils transactions while meeting defined service and sales targets.
• Manage leads, referrals and follow-ups within agreed turnaround times.
• Maintain accurate customer records and ensure FAIS/FICA/TCF compliance.
