Job summary

FNB Cape Town is recruiting a Universal Advisor to deliver compliant sales and service to walk-in and existing customers in a high-volume branch. You will promote digital channels, migrate customers to e-Channels, and ensure ethical, value-driven interactions in line with FAIS and FICA.

The role focuses on providing banking solutions, maintaining customer records, and meeting service targets in a dynamic POP environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum Qualification is Grade 12 / NQF Level 4.
• Preferred Qualification: NQF Level 5 Certificate in Banking, Business Administration, Customer Service or related fields.
• 1–3 years of experience in customer-facing environments within financial services.

Responsibilities

• Engage customers in a positive, professional manner in branch.
• Identify needs and propose relevant banking solutions and cross-sell where appropriate.
• Educate customers on digital channels and self-service platforms.
• Maintain accurate customer records and ensure compliance with FAIS, FICA, TCF and governance.
