Job summary

FNB Vereeniging is hiring a Universal Advisor to deliver compliant sales and service solutions in a high-volume branch. You will engage walk-in and existing customers, identify financial needs, and offer suitable banking products while promoting digital channels.

The role emphasizes ethical conduct, regulatory compliance, and ongoing learning in a fast-paced POP environment. A Grade 12 or higher and 1–3 years' client-facing experience are required.

Qualifications

• Minimum qualification: Grade 12 / NQF Level 4.
• Preferred: NQF Level 5 Certificate in Banking, Business Administration, Customer Service, or related fields.
• 1–3 years in customer-facing environments within financial services.

Responsibilities

• Engage customers in a positive, professional manner and understand customer needs to identify suitable banking solutions.
• Educate customers on correct banking platforms and migrate them to digital, e-Channels, and self-service options.
• Fulfils transactions and maintains accurate customer records while ensuring compliance with FAIS, FICA and TCF.
