Job summary

FNB, part of FirstRand Group, is recruiting a Universal Advisor for our Points of Presence team in Vereeniging. You will deliver compliant sales and service solutions to walk-in customers in a high-volume branch, promoting digital and self-service channels and ensuring FAIS, FICA, and TCF compliance.

You will engage customers professionally, identify needs, cross-sell appropriate banking solutions, maintain accurate records, and stay updated on product offerings and regulatory requirements.

Qualifications

• Grade 12 / NQF Level 4 required.
• Preferred: NQF Level 5 Certificate in Banking or related field.
• 1–3 years of customer-facing experience in financial services.
• Solid understanding of FAIS, TCF, and regulatory compliance.

Responsibilities

• Engage customers in a positive, professional manner and assess needs to propose banking solutions.
• Educate customers on digital channels and migrate them to e-Channels and self-service platforms.
• Process transactions and meet service targets in a high-volume branch.
• Maintain accurate customer records and ensure compliance with FAIS, FICA, and internal governance.
