Employmate Limited is seeking a Business Development and Sales Growth Manager to support its United Kingdom expansion from a fully remote position in South Africa. The role focuses on generating new business opportunities, engaging senior decision makers, and progressing qualified opportunities through the UK sales pipeline.

The successful candidate will manage an established client campaign one day per week and dedicate four days to new UK business development, with monthly salary between ZAR

• Excellent cold calling and ability to engage senior decision makers.

• Experience conducting discovery and qualification meetings.
• Excellent written and spoken English.

Responsabilités

• Generate opportunities through outbound prospecting in the UK.
• Identify and engage senior decision makers within prospective client organisations.
• Develop and progress prospects through the B2B sales pipeline.
• Support proposals and commercial discussions.
• Collaborate with Sales Operations and remote teams.
• Own the complete sales cycle from outreach to conversion.
• Build and maintain a sustainable UK pipeline.
• Manage follow-up activities and momentum across opportunities.
