Remote Recruitment is hiring a Lead Generation Specialist for a UK-based employer, fully remote from South Africa. You will own the top of the sales pipeline, researching target companies, identifying decision-makers and qualifying new B2B leads for the sales team.

You will work UK hours (09:00–17:00) from Monday to Friday, with set targets, regular check-ins and CRM updates to track activity and outcomes.

Competenze

• 1–2 years in B2B lead generation, SDR or outbound prospecting.
• Experience with LinkedIn Sales Navigator.
• Experience with a CRM such as HubSpot or Salesforce.
• Evidence of meeting or exceeding lead targets.
• Strong written English for cold outreach.

• Research and build targeted prospect lists.
• Run outbound email and LinkedIn campaigns.
• Qualify leads before handover to sales.
• Keep CRM records accurate and complete.
• Report weekly on activity and qualified leads.
