Job summary

Edge Executive Search Group in Pretoria is seeking an enthusiastic UC Internal Sales specialist to support the UC Sales Department with quotations, submissions and order tracking. You will apply practical knowledge of Unified Communications in day-to-day sales activities, working with video conferencing, AV, networking and VoIP to keep the sales process moving from supplier to customer delivery.

Qualifications

• Matric is essential.
• Solid Unified Communications knowledge is required.
• Experience in internal sales or sales administration is preferred.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide internal sales support to the UC Sales Department
• Apply practical knowledge of Unified Communications in day-to-day activities
• Work with UC technologies including video conferencing, AV, networking and VoIP
• Prepare and upload required files and documentation daily
• Prepare customer quotations and submissions with supporting documents
• Track customer orders from placement to delivery
• Assist with general customer and sales queries
• Support the wider Sales Department during high workload
• Identify delays or issues in the supplier-to-customer process
• Capture and communicate key customer feedback internally
• Maintain filing and sales documentation
• Provide general administrative support to the sales team
• Contribute to weekly sales pipeline reporting
• Ensure sales administration is timely and accurate
