Job summary

Express Employment Professionals Vaal Triangle is seeking an Internal Sales Coordinator specializing in Unified Communications (UC) in Gauteng. This on-site role involves supporting the sales team, maintaining UC knowledge, and processing orders and quotes.

You will prepare daily files, track orders, generate weekly pipeline reports, and handle general admin tasks to ensure efficient service delivery. A Matric certificate and 3+ years in sales support or admin are required.

Qualifications

Matric certificate is essential.
At least three years of experience in sales support or administrative roles.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Outlook, Word, Excel).
Solid understanding of networking and VOIP technology.
Ability to work effectively under pressure and manage time efficiently.

Responsibilities

Maintain an in-depth understanding of UC technologies (video conferencing, AV, networking, VOIP).
Prepare and upload files daily, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
Assist with general queries and support the sales department during high volume periods.
Track orders through the system from initiation to delivery.
Provide weekly pipeline reports to management outlining progress and issues.
Help resolve daily supply chain issues and communicate customer feedback internally.
Produce correspondence such as letters, memos, reports, and spreadsheets.
Oversee filing and general administrative tasks for the sales team.
Prepare quotes and submission documents with all necessary details.
