Job summary

Edgexec (Pty) Ltd in Pretoria, Gauteng, is seeking an UC Internal Sales professional to support the Sales Department with quotations, order tracking and admin, leveraging Unified Communications knowledge.

You will work closely with the UC Sales Director, ensure accurate processing, monitor supply issues, and contribute to weekly pipeline reporting while maintaining customer focus and strong organisational skills.

Qualifications

• Matric is essential.
• Demonstrable Unified Communications knowledge is non-negotiable.
• Understanding UC tech, especially video conferencing, AV, networking and VoIP.
• Prior internal sales, sales administration or technology sales support experience.
• Good verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficiency in Outlook, Word and Excel.
• Strong attention to detail and time management.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities.
• Customer-focused and collaborative approach.

Responsibilities

• Provide internal sales support to the UC Sales Department.
• Apply practical knowledge of Unified Communications in day-to-day sales activities.
• Work with UC technologies including video conferencing, AV, networking and VoIP.
• Prepare and upload required files and documentation daily.
• Prepare customer quotations and sales submissions with supporting docs.
• Track customer orders from placement to delivery.
• Assist with general customer and sales queries.
• Support the wider Sales Department during high workloads.
• Monitor supplier-to-customer process and identify delays.
• Resolve daily supply challenges and escalate issues to management.
• Capture and communicate customer feedback internally.
• Prepare letters, memos, reports and spreadsheets.
• Maintain accurate filing and sales documentation.
• Provide general admin support to the sales team.
• Prepare and contribute to weekly sales pipeline reporting.
• Ensure sales administration is accurate and timely.
