Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering with a transportation emphasis.
• Minimum 5 years' experience in transportation planning and design.
• Professional registration (Pr Eng) with ECSA preferred.
• Strong knowledge of traffic engineering principles and design.
• Experience with project management and stakeholder engagement.

Responsibilities

• Plan, design, and analyze transportation infrastructure including highways and public transit.
• Conduct traffic studies, capacity analyses, and safety assessments.
• Prepare detailed drawings, reports, and specifications using industry software.
• Coordinate with stakeholders, contractors, and regulatory agencies.
• Apply traffic simulation software to evaluate design options.
• Ensure compliance with transportation standards and environmental regulations.
