Qualifications

• BEng or BSc in Civil Engineering is required.
• Minimum of 7 years of experience in urban planning, land development and infrastructure design.
• Proven experience with GIS software and transportation modeling tools.
• Strong understanding of zoning laws, land use regulations and environmental impact assessments.
• Excellent remote collaboration and communication skills, with proficiency in virtual meeting platforms.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to master planning and design of urban infrastructure including transportation, drainage, and utilities.
• Conduct feasibility studies and impact assessments for proposed developments.
• Develop conceptual designs, site plans, and technical reports for planning applications.
• Collaborate with urban planners, architects, and other consultants in a virtual environment.
