Qualifications

• Matric, valid Code EB driver’s licence, and 2–3 years’ experience in administration/transport, preferably FMCG.
• SAP experience would be an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Administer and monitor daily route allocations and dispatch according to the agreed process.
• Issue relevant documentation to drivers and ensure driver and vehicle readiness (keys, fuel cards, thermometers, navigational tools).
• Debrief drivers, monitor fuel consumption and vehicle performance, record exceptions, and update tracking records.
• Walk the premises to ensure no damage and collect trip sheets, debrief documents, and daily checklists from drivers.
