Qualifications

• Matric; must have a valid Code EB driver’s licence.
• 2–3 years’ experience in an administration/transport environment, preferably FMCG.
• SAP experience would be advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Administer and monitor daily route allocations in the system.
• Ensure vehicles are dispatched according to the agreed process.
• Issue driver documentation (keys, fuel cards, thermometers, navigational tools).
• Check resources and staff meet company standards via the Daily Vehicle Checklist.
• Debrief drivers on return and record deviations and issues.
