Qualifications

• Previous experience in a dispatch or logistics role is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Schedule and assign daily routes to delivery drivers, ensuring optimal efficiency and adherence to timeframes.
• Monitor driver progress and provide real-time support and guidance to address any issues or deviations from the plan.
• Maintain accurate dispatch records, including driver logs, delivery confirmations, and vehicle status.
• Communicate effectively with drivers, warehouse personnel, and customer service representatives to ensure smooth operations.
• Process and manage delivery-related documentation, ensuring all paperwork is accurate and complete.
• Respond promptly to urgent requests and resolve any dispatch-related problems to minimize disruptions.
