Placements24 is seeking a dynamic Project Manager in Randburg to lead critical business transformation initiatives, optimize processes, and enable new capabilities. You will manage cross-functional teams, drive change management, and ensure adoption of new ways of working across the organization.

The role requires a strong background in change management, process improvement, and project delivery, with at least six years of experience in similar programs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field (MBA preferred).
• Minimum 6 years of project management experience with transformation and change-management focus.
• Experience with process re-engineering, system implementations, and organizational change.
• Experience with Agile, Waterfall, and Hybrid methodologies.
• Strong leadership, communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in business process analysis and project management software.

Responsibilities

• Lead planning and execution of business transformation projects from inception to completion.
• Define project scope, objectives, deliverables, and success metrics aligned with strategy.
• Develop project plans including resource allocation, budget management, and risk strategies.
• Manage cross-functional teams and ensure effective communication throughout the lifecycle.
• Drive change management ensuring adoption of new processes by end-users.
• Monitor progress, track KPIs, and provide status reports to executive leadership.
