Placements24 is seeking a strategic and experienced Project Manager to lead major business transformation initiatives in Benoni. You will define the transformation roadmap, manage execution, and drive adoption of new processes and systems across the Gauteng region.

You will collaborate with senior leadership, manage risks, and ensure stakeholder buy-in, while delivering tangible outcomes aligned with organizational objectives.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in project management with focus on transformation initiatives.
• Master's degree in business/management or related field; PMP is desirable.
• Proven track record leading cross-functional transformation programs.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end planning and execution of complex transformation projects.
• Develop transformation roadmaps, project plans, and change management strategies.
• Collaborate with senior leadership to ensure alignment and buy-in.
• Identify risks and dependencies and manage mitigation plans.
• Oversee implementation of new processes and systems and ensure adoption.
• Monitor progress and report outcomes to executive stakeholders.
