Placements24 is seeking a dynamic Project Manager to lead significant business transformation initiatives from Port Elizabeth. The role focuses on managing change, optimizing processes, and implementing new strategies across the organization to enhance efficiency and competitive advantage.

You will collaborate with senior leadership and multiple departments to define objectives, drive implementation, and ensure adoption of new practices.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in managing business transformation or change management projects.
• Strong understanding of business process analysis, project management methodologies, and change management principles.
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field; relevant certifications are advantageous.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to influence and engage stakeholders at all levels of the organization.

Responsibilities

• Lead the planning, execution, and successful delivery of business transformation projects.
• Define project scope, objectives, deliverables, and success criteria in collaboration with senior leadership.
• Develop detailed project plans, including timelines, resource allocation, and budget management.
• Manage change management processes, ensuring effective communication and stakeholder buy-in throughout the project lifecycle.
• Identify and mitigate risks and issues that may impact project success.
• Monitor project progress, track key performance indicators, and provide regular status reports to stakeholders.
